Room Reservations
- Hillel Groups: Hillel groups can reserve rooms in the building prior to the calendar deadline without outside groups competing in the same spaces. Reservations can be made after the calendar deadling, but at that point the rooms are open to reservation by non-Hillel groups. In other words, make reservations as early as possible!
To make reservations, call Hillel at 863-2805, or submit a room reservation form. The Beit Midrash, Student Louge, Student and Staff Offices, and Kitchen are not available for reservation.
- Non-Hillel Brown Groups: After the Hillel calendar deadline and no more than a month in advance, non-Hillel Brown groups may also reserve rooms in the Hillel building. Outside groups must abide by all aforementioned building policy. Non-Hillel gorups may not reserve Hillel building space on Shabbat (from Friday afternoon through Saturday evening). No more than two large non-Hillel events may be booked per day. Non-Hillel groups cannot reserve rooms for weekly meetings.
Reservations must be made directly through Hillel by calling 863-2805.
